Totaljobs has revealed jobseekers' biggest interview concerns as part of its new #TheElevatorPitch campaign which aims to help jobseekers overcome interview pressures. These include feeling anxious (41%), talking too quickly (26%), talking too much (20%) and overheating and getting sweaty (19%).
Red Consultancy led on all PR activity for the integrated campaign with a focus on not only building brand awareness amongst jobseekers and employers, but also driving SEO. The Apprentice star Nick Hewer and celebrity psychologist Dr Linda Papadopoulos were enlisted as key spokespeople and media interviews secured across a range of media. Consumer research was also conducted amongst 6,000 jobseekers and 150 employers to identify jobseekers’ biggest interview concerns and provide further editorial outreach opportunities.
The coverage has been rolling in, with over 200 pieces published in just three days across national, regional, trade, online and broadcast media including Sky News, Daily Mail, BBC, The Times and Metro. A B2B-focused second phase of the campaign launches later this month.
