The latest figures from the IMRG Capgemini eRetail Sales Index has revealed that £133 billion was spent online with UK retailers in 2016.
The report was launched at a lively roundtable event which looked back at the last year in online retail and also ahead to 2017 and the key trends that will be shaping the sector.
Red helped co-ordinate and source media attendees for the event which was attended by national and trade media plus leading retailers. Red also drafted press materials and handled media relations around the wider distributions of the report.
