Better LGBTQ+ ad representation needed
PlayStation and poetry – two things you wouldn’t normally put together but that’s exactly what we did to launch their latest game!
Ahead of the release of The Last of Us Part II, we created an anthology of fans’ heartfelt social and blog posts about their experiences playing the original game, immortalised as poems on a page.
The book was very well received by media with almost 50 covering the story as either editorial articles or as posts on their social channels including The Independent, The Sun, ShortList and Trusted Reviews. Instagram story views of the poems have also hit 172k so far.
Our launch activity also includes co-ordinating a reviews programme for the new game and working with singer-songwriters Emily Burns and Dan Caplen who each created covers of the song ‘Through The Valley’ which features in the game.
