Better LGBTQ+ ad representation needed
With the reality of lockdown setting in for households across the UK, many people are unable to conduct their normal routines. To help local communities continue to feel connected and supported during lockdown, Gumtree created a new ‘Community Help’ function that makes it simple for people to ask for, or offer, help locally.
We helped Gumtree spread the word about this new source of community support as well as the results of Gumtree’s research that showed a quarter of the country have already pledged to help their neighbours in a variety of ways, socially as well as financially where possible.
We also worked with Metro on their lockdown diary series, My Quarantine Routine, to feature several people who have adjusted their entertainment and lifestyle services during the lockdown and used Gumtree to set themselves up.
