Up-and-coming British illustrators have honoured key figures in the UK's black history as part of a unique collaboration with Adobe Stock for Black History Month.
We worked with Adobe Stock to commission three illustrators to create artwork using Adobe Stock assets and Creative Cloud to celebrate the people they think have shaped, or are shaping, the UK’s black history.
Taking inspiration from the Pop Art and Impressionism movements, the three illustrators – Dorcas Creates, Joshua Boateng and Kia Amoa - depicted Black Panther star Letitia Wright, TV anchor-man Sir Trevor McDonald and author Malorie Blackman OBE, amongst many others.
Well-messaged coverage was secured in creative, youth and regional press plus significant reach and engagement across social media was achieved from influencer and owned channel outreach. Plus a partnership with Vice and iD generated lots of additional engagement online and on social too.
