Video Producer - Mid-Weight

We are looking for an ambitious, proactive and passionate video producer to join our busy integrated studio. Red Create have a reputation for delivering outstanding video projects across our wide range of consumer, technology, healthcare, corporate and public sector clients.

Responsibilities

Reporting into the Creative Services Director (CSD), your responsibilities will include:
• Taking, understanding and questioning briefs from internal and sometimes external clients
• Estimating projects with input from CSD
• Presenting ideas back to clients and enjoying working collaboratively
• Working with external directors and production companies to create treatments for projects
• Managing all pre-production tasks eg. Location sourcing, casting, prop sourcing
• Managing budgets and timelines
• Taking care of all administrative duties for video shoots including writing call sheets, shooting schedules, risk assessments and release forms
• Attend and manage shoots
• Managing post-production process including working closely with Video Editor to manage client feedback.

Person specification - essential
• Experience working in a similar or compatible role
• Portfolio of work across video projects
• Excellent understanding of the technological requirements for video production
• Good knowledge of key stages in video production (pre, post etc)
• Passion for video and willingness to learn
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal / client facing skills.

Person specification - desirable
• Agency experience
• Ability to input creative solutions and ideas for video content
• Experience of camera operating
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premier Pro.
