Digital Project Coordinator

Market:

We are recruiting for a Digital Project Coordinator to work across our social PR and creative teams.

Day-to-day, this will involve:

• Project managing creative campaigns across digital PR and social media - primarily video and photo content production, occasionally for event management
• Being the primary point of contact between agency team, creative team and third party suppliers
• Implementing campaign schedules from brainstorm to project completion
• Applying best practice across processes and workflow of creative campaign implementation
• Owning project briefing for design teams and third-party suppliers
• Stepping in and completing ad hoc tasks where necessary to ensure all projects are a success.

To be successful in this role, you will...

• Have demonstrable experience in video and photo content production. Events management experience would be a bonus
• Understand formats, functions and best practice for social media content, including the legalities, budgets and restrictions for content creation
• Have a meticulous eye for detail and a head for logistics planning, especially the production of video and photo shoots
• Be able to plan and stick to allocated budgets
• Be an all-round bright, energetic and enthusiastic team member.
