We’re committed to developing our people through the ranks. REDucation is our annual training programme run by Red Board Directors and external specialist trainers featuring 26 sessions tailored to the development needs of each role.
Red Hot Seats educate and inspire through talks from industry insiders – from PR supremo’s and media outlets to some of the UK’s most famous broadcasting faces. And all development is supported by a robust appraisal process.

Our guys work at the top-of-their-game and we regularly recognise their effort and achievements. With quarterly Team Awards and individual Merit Awards there are plenty of opportunities to shine. A little R & R also goes a long way so we have a free in-house bar on Thursdays and Fridays; a league-winning football team; legendary Summer and Christmas parties and not forgetting free ice-creams during the summer! Our annual graduate programme seeks to find the next generation of PR stars. We look for talent from all backgrounds and disciplines and formal PR experience is not a prerequisite. Passion for PR and the raw skills that are the building blocks for a comms career are just as important.
