At the start of a strategic audit of its global content, Avon was keen to understand the type of people within its global social community and how closely aligned they are to Avon’s target consumer.


Using our suite of Ai data tools, we performed a deep analysis of Avon’s global social channels across 11 priority markets in order to segment follower profiles.

We were then able to cross match these against Avon’s target consumer pen portraits, brought to life through primary consumer research, and to perform an Audience Gap Analysis.
